Applicant’s  Age Criteria

Kindergarten level

• Pre Kindergarten  accepting age from 2 years

• Kindergarten 1      accepting age from 3 years

• Kindergarten 2      accepting age from 4 years

• Kindergarten 3      accepting age from 5 years

Primary level

• Primary 1                accepting age from 6 years

• Primary 2                accepting age from 7 years

• Primary 3                accepting age from 8 years

Application Submission

1. The parent are welcomed to submit the school application in person at the Admission Office and can make an appointment for student assessment date and time

2. The application can be submitted via mail to the

The appointment of assessment date & time will be confirmed once the school received the application within one week.

 

Admission Process

1. The parent can submit application on behalf of students

2. Student application is required the following documents:

    2.1 A Copy of Birth Certificate

    2.2 A Copy of House Registration Certificate

    2.3 A Copy of Thai ID (Parents / Guardian)

    2.4 Two passport student photos (taken within 6 months), in case of PK student; picture poster can also be accepted

    2.5 A passport sized photo of parent or guardian

    2.6 A photo of the whole family

    2.7 A passport sized photo of the pick-up person

    2.8 A student health record

**Please sign a ‘ True Copied’ for all documents

3. Previous school records:

    3.1 Pre-K to Kindergarten 1

         - No school record is needed

    3.2 Kindergarten 2-3

        - Student  verification from previous school

        - Student personal progress report

3.3 Primary 1

        - Student  verification from previous school

   3.4 Primary 2-6

       - Student academic transcript

       - Student personal progress report

       - Student  verification from previous school

       - Student  personal profiles report

**All previous school records must be the actual documents

 

Criteria for entrance qualification

-  Take part of the group interview between the Parent and Headmaster/Academic Section Head for approximately 30 minutes to ensure the common alignment on mission and goal between school and parents 

 

• Student  Assessment

Kindergarten 1:

    - Evaluate student using appropriate age matrix and the unique School’s IQ and EQ assessment and through the behaviors focus observation by the education specialist

    - Interview with the parents / guardians

Kindergarten 2-3:

    - Evaluate student progress and development

    - School assessment in area of Math, Language, IQ

    - Interview with the parents / guardians

Primary 1-6:

    - School assessment in subjects of Thai, English, Math

    - Evaluate the student Current Estimated Potential and the ability to adapt based on the learning style

    - Interview with the parents / guardians

 

Confirmation of Test Results

1. Parent will be notified of the assessment result within one week by telephone, followed by a confirmation in writing.

2. Students that pass the entry test are eligible to proceed to 

school enrollment

3. In case of place unavailability, the students will be placed on the waiting list and to be enrolled as soon as a place becomes available

Parent s wish to learn more about Imperial Phichit Bilingual School  are welcome to make an appointment for the structured school tour on every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday;

     1st Round : From 9:00 AM

     2nd Round : From 11:00 AM

  - ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1  รับตั้งแต่อายุ 6 ปีขึ้นไป

  - ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2  รับตั้งแต่อายุ 7 ปีขึ้นไป

  - ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3  รับตั้งแต่อายุ 8 ปีขึ้นไป

** นับเกณฑ์อายุถึงวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคมของทุกปี  

 

การยื่นใบสมัคร

1. ผู้ปกครองสามารถยื่นใบสมัครได้ด้วยตัวเองที่งานรับสมัครนักเรียนพร้อมทราบวัน / เวลา ทดสอบและสัมภาษณ์ในวันที่ยื่นใบสมัคร

2. สามารถส่งใบสมัครทางไปรษณีย์ (ลงทะเบียน) จ่าหน้าซองถึง

การรับสมัคร

1. ผู้ปกครองสามารถยื่นใบสมัครโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องนำนักเรียนมาด้วย

2. หลักฐานในการสมัครเรียน ประกอบด้วย

   2.1 สำเนาสูติบัตรนักเรียน จำนวน 1 ฉบับ

   2.2 สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน นักเรียน บิดา มารดา และผู้ปกครอง (กรณีที่บิดา มารดาไม่ได้เป็นผู้ปกครอง) จำนวน 1 ฉบับ

   2.3 สำเนาบัตรประชาชน บิดา มารดา และผู้ปกครอง (กรณีที่บิดา มารดาไม่ได้เป็นผู้ปกครอง) จำนวน 1 ฉบับ

   2.4 รูปถ่ายนักเรียนขนาด 1 นิ้ว จำนวน 2 รูป (หน้าตรง ถ่ายไม่เกิน 6 เดือน) ในกรณีเด็กชั้นเตรียมอนุบาลใช้รูปขนาดโปสการ์ด 2 รูปแทนได้ (หน้าชัดๆ)

   2.5 รูปถ่ายบิดา มารดา หรือผู้ปกครอง ขนาด 2 นิ้ว จำนวนคนละ 1 รูป

   2.6 รูปถ่ายครอบครัวขนาดโปสการ์ด จำนวน 1 รูป

   2.7 รูปถ่ายของผู้ที่จะมารับนักเรียนกลับบ้านขนาด 2 นิ้ว จำนวน 2 รูป ต่อ 1 คน (กรณีผู้ที่มารับมิใช่บิดา มารดา) 

   2.8 ประวัติสุขภาพนักเรียน

** สำเนาเอกสารทุกใบ กรุณาเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้องด้วยค่ะ

3. หลักฐานการศึกษาของนักเรียนตามวัยประกอบด้วย

  3.1 ชั้นเตรียมอนุบาล – อนุบาล 1

         - ไม่ต้องใช้หลักฐานการศึกษาใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

  3.2 ชั้นอนุบาล 2 - 3

         - ใบประกาศหรือใบรับรองการเป็นนักเรียน (ปพ.7)

         - สมุดรายงานผลประจำตัวนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนเดิม (สมุดพก) 

  3.3 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1

         - ใบประกาศหรือใบรับรองการเป็นนักเรียน (ปพ.7)

  3.4 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 – 6

        - ระเบียนแสดงผลการเรียน (ปพ.1)

        - สมุดรายงานผลการเรียนย้อนหลังอย่างน้อย 2 ปีและปีปัจจุบัน (ปพ.6)        

        - ใบประกาศหรือใบรับรองการเป็นนักเรียน (ปพ.7)

        - เอกสารระเบียนสะสม (ปพ.8)   

** หลักฐานการศึกษาทั้งหมด โรงเรียนขอเป็นตัวจริงค่ะ

 

เกณฑ์การพิจารณารับเข้าเรียน

- สัมภาษณ์พูดคุยระหว่างผู้ปกครอง (ทั้งครอบครัว) โดยใช้เวลาครอบครัวละประมาณ 30 นาที เพื่อเป็นการทวนถึงแนวทางของโรงเรียนและความต้องการของผู้ปกครองให้สอดคล้องในแนวทางเดียวกัน

 

- การพิจารณานักเรียน    

ระดับอนุบาลศึกษาปีที่ 1

       - สำรวจพัฒนาการของเด็กตามวัยที่เหมาะสมเป็นรายบุคคลโดยแบบทดสอบพัฒนาการ IQ และ EQ ของโรงเรียน ประกอบกับการสังเกตพฤติกรรมนักเรียนโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษา

       - สัมภาษณ์พูดคุยกับผู้ปกครอง - บิดา มารดา หรือผู้ดูแลใกล้ชิด

ระดับอนุบาลศึกษาปีที่ 2-3

       - การสำรวจพัฒนาการของนักเรียน

       - ทดสอบทักษะ 3 ด้าน (คิดคำนวณ ภาษา เชาว์ปัญญา)

       - สัมภาษณ์พูดคุยกับผู้ปกครอง - บิดา มารดา หรือผู้ดูแลใกล้ชิด

ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 -6

       -  ทดสอบความรู้พื้นฐาน 3 วิชา (ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ คณิตศาสตร์)

       -  การประเมินศักยภาพในการเรียนรู้และการปรับตัวของนักเรียนเบื้องต้น

       -  สัมภาษณ์พูดคุยกับผู้ปกครอง - บิดา มารดา หรือผู้ดูแลใกล้ชิด

 

การประกาศผลทดสอบและสัมภาษณ์

       - ผลทดสอบจะแจ้งไปยังผู้ปกครองภายใน 1 สัปดาห์หลังจากวันทดสอบ

       - นักเรียนที่ผ่านเกณฑ์สามารถลงทะเบียนตามชั้นเรียนต่อไป

       - ในกรณีที่ชั้นเรียนเต็ม ชื่อนักเรียนจะอยู่ในบัญชีรอเรียก (waiting list) เพื่อรอรับการลงทะเบียนชั้นเรียนต่อไป

 

การเยี่ยมชมโรงเรียน

ผู้ปกครองที่ประสงค์จะนำบุตรหลานเข้าเรียน โรงเรียนอิมพีเรียลพิจิตร สองภาษามีความยินดีที่จะพาท่านเยี่ยมชมโรงเรียนได้ทุกวันอังคาร, วันพุธ, วันพฤหัสบดี โดยแบ่งรอบการเยี่ยมชมเป็น 2 รอบ ดังนี้

          รอบที่ 1   เวลา 9.00 น.

          รอบที่ 2   เวลา 11.00 น.
